Order confirmation
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you didn't receive the order confirmation within 24h, please reach out to me via sara@sararosalie.nl so we can figure out what went wrong.
Shipping
The Netherlands: all orders are shipped with postnl via Sendcloud. We dispatch your purchase within 2 working days of receiving an order confirmation. Please note that we are unable to held liable for the loss of your package once it has been dispatched.

Return policy
NL only - You can exchange a sealed and unopened product for store credit or another product within 14 days of its delivery. Products being exchanged must be in unused and unopened condition. If you wish to exchange a product, you can send it to Sara Rosalie in its original state and packaging. Please send us an e-mail up front to let us know we can expect it: sara@sararosalie.nl.
